XTAR VC2 Plus USB Battery Charger

The XTAR VC4 USB battery charger is a three-stage dual bay battery charger suitable for a wide range of Ni-MH and Li-ion rechargeable E-Cigarette batteries.
The charger also features a USB output with Power-Path Management System that enables you to charge both batteries and an external device ( max output 1000mA) at the same time while power is connected.

This device requires a USB power source. For full speed charging, a 2 amp plug is also required (1 amp plug will work but at reduced speed).
